DATA SUPPORT

The ITM I/O Driver will:

Accept unsolicited Reader data resulting from a wand or gun

scan.

Write to Reader LCD displays.

Define Label Formats 2 & 3 as described in a modifiable

ASCII file.

Print a Format 2 Label with data for exactly 13 fields.

Print a Format 3 Label with data for exactly 10 fields.



MESSAGES NOT SUPPORTED

Those with the time appended.

Those missing LRC - Longitudinal Redundancy Check.

Those whose message frame is different than that described

in Intellution' s ITM I/O Driver Manual Chapter Two.



Unsolicited Printer message.



Cabling Requirements:

From PC running FIX to the Controller's 25 pin Modem

Port:

Lines 2 & 3 must be crossed.

Lines 7 & 7 must be connected.

Note:  If your firewall blocks ZIPS and EXEs, simply right-click and select SAVE TARGET AS and change the extension to something like "XIP".  Once downloaded change the extension back to its original one.
