Reason for 7.20a release on 10/25/2004
* Corrected the issue where the EGD Data Service terminated when processing an invalid summary request message.
* Corrected the issue with the response messages to configuration port requests containing an invalid content type.
* Blank variable names are no longer able to be entered in the configuration.
* Release Notes updated to state that ICN Service or EGD Service shall be removed or disabled for the new EGD OPC server to work.
* The driver was updated so it removes obsolete XML files if the local producer id has changed.
* A placeholder ProducedData.xml was put in place so EMT won't report error.
* Corrected the display of the welcome message in the setup dialog.
Reason for 7.22 release on 03/13/2008
* Added support for redundancy at the variable level, rather than at the exchange level as originally envisioned. This requires that resolution of a variable name to physical location be done dynamically and re-resolve when quality of hosting exchanges changes. Designed and implemented to requirement specification.
* Fixed a defect where an exchange of good quality, upon a configuration update (dynamic binding) triggered by another exchange, uses the newly updated layout to interpret its current EGD payload data that hasn't been updated.
* Added a new option to enable automatic save of configuration file following a dynamic binding.
* Updated setup to allow EULA of a larger size and detect/attempt to install .NET v2.0 if any of the three EGD tools (EGD Management Tool, EGD Configuration Server or EGD Generic Editor) is to be installed. The three tools are updated to v3.0.1.

* Re-branded to reflect new company name GE Intelligent Platforms, Inc.
* Corrected an issue where a lockup could occur while adding many items and concurrently performing async updates.
Reason for 7.40c Service Pack release on 04/22/2010:
* Under heavy load, server would sometimes return a status of RPC_E_SERVERCALL_RETRYLATER (0x8001010A). The RPC retry logic has been expanded and enhanced, and the limits are configurable through the WIndows Registry (please see Release Notes for details). This issue was found using PPS with Cimplicity.
