As a local administrator to the WebSpace server, you have configured the Windows regional settings to English (United Kingdom). Curiously, a few WebSpace sessions display an alternate regional setting other than English (United Kingdom) when viewing dates within Alarm Summary objects and VisiconX Data controls. i.e. The problem WebSpace session displays dates with the English (United States) format instead of English (United Kingdom).
Resolution
The Windows regional settings on the WebSpace server were probably not set to English (United Kingdom) originally. Windows accounts added during that time had their default profile set to use the original regional settings. Only new Windows accounts created on the WebSpace server after the Windows regional settings were changed to English (United Kingdom) will have their default profile set to use English (United Kingdom).
There are a couple ways to correct this. One way is to set up a new default user profile that is set with English (United Kingdom) and assign this default profile to each existing local user on the WebSpace server. Another way to change the user-specific settings for the default user profile is by selecting the "Apply all settings to the current user account and to the default user profile" check box on the Advanced tab of "Regional and Language Options" when logged on as a local administrator.
