Using iHistorian To Collect E-Signatures
Description

When using iFIXAE collector to collect E-Signatures from iFIX and while running a query,  the event is seen, but additional information such as Perform Name, Perform Comment, Verify Name and Verify Comment are blank.

Resolution

To query the specific esignature data from Excel you must have the Alarm ODBC service enabled in iFIX in order to collect all of the E-Signature information in iHistorian.
